Deposit

The deposit is 3000JPY. The customer arrives at our salon and please pay the staff the amount which subtracted 3000JPY from the total amount before the massage.
Cancellation after deposit settlement is impossible.

※The billing source is “Namwa”. When settlement succeeds, E-mail arrives.

Cancellation fee

■ Cancellation after 3 hours before start: 30% of total massage
■ Unauthorized cancellation: the total amount of massage
■ Cancellation after staff arrival: the total amount of the massage
